Ahead of the presentation of the Report of the Economic Sustainability Committee (ESC) to President Muhammadu Buhari, members of the ESC led by the Vice President, His Excellency, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo consulted with the leadership of the National Assembly. The President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives led Principal Officers of the National Assembly to the meeting with members of the ESC. After the draft Economic Sustainability Plan was presented to them, the Legislators commended its strategic approach and made some recommendations, which are to be taken into consideration in the implementation of the plan.
